Your dress rehearsal (de: "Generalprobe") for the marathon
Four weeks before the spectacular season highlight BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, you can hold your dress rehearsal for the ultimate discipline at the event “die Generalprobe”.
The half marathon on the 2-lap course through Berlin's neighbourhoods will be the perfect test of your preparation.
Your finish along the shopping mile Schlossstrasse in the center of Steglitz will prepare you for the last metres just past the Brandenburg Gate at the marathon.
Quarter marathon
Are you more of a casual type and want to enjoy a relaxed late summer afternoon? Then the 10.5 km loop is perfect for you.
Half marathon
The half marathon on the 2-lap course through Berlin's neighborhoods promises 21 km of adrenaline. The ultimate test of your marathon preparation—and a running highlight in itself.
Kids & Youth
“Die Generalprobe” means fun for the whole family. The Bambini can demonstrate their skills right on distances between 500 and 1,000 meters.

No matter whether you run a quarter marathon, a half marathon or if you're a bambino: at the finish line, you will receive a beautiful medal that duly rewards your success at "Die Generalprobe".
You can add a personalized medal engraving as an extra when you register.
